The first time I tasted Chai in India, I was forever changed!
The fragrance, the taste, the bustle and commotion going on around me all contributed to the anticipation, and then came the taste. That heady blend of tea, rich aromatic spices, the sweetness, and the wonderful sense of calm, relaxed clarity that came from finishing the cup. Wow, tea would never be the same again!
Here at Alchemy, we set about to create an elixir, that had everything there but the milk (so you can use which ever you choose). We sourced organic tea, natural spice flavours, cane sugar and blended it all in our magical purified water to make our incomparable Chai elixir.
We wanted it to be easy to make, delicious to drink and also to have the transformative effect that characterises real Chai.
